Pick Up
Your hair will need to be collected Monday to Friday by Royal Mail. Please ensure it’s securely packed and sealed. Standard delivery is £5, but we recommend Special Guaranteed Delivery for added safety at £10. Alternatively, you can post it yourself if preferred.
Order Processing & Deliver Information
Processing begins once we receive your hair. Please allow up to 8-10 working days for completion. Once your hair is ready, it will be returned to you within 1 to 2 working days. Please note that a return delivery fee of £5 or £10 will apply, depending on your selected shipping option.
